Judicial Retention Update

Here is the judicial retention schedule as agreed to by committee yesterday. 

Next Thursday, February 9^th at 4:30 the four Justices seeking retention will meet with the committee. This meeting and all other meetings with the judges will take place in Room 11.

On Wednesday February 15^th, Judges Arms, Bent, Carlson, Corsones (Cortland), and Devine will appear before the committee.

The next night, Thursday the 16^th, Judges DiMauro, Kainen, Morrissey, Rainville, and Schoonover will be interviewed.

Those three meetings will be followed by a public hearing on Thursday February 23^rd at 7PM, also in Room 11 for anyone to appear to speak about any of the justices or judges.

As always, the committee will set aside Wednesday March 1^st at 4:30 to meet with any of the judges as a follow up to anything that may come up at the public hearing.

Then on Wednesday March 15^th the committee will meet to deliberate and vote on the retention of all the judges. They hope to hold the joint assembly for the vote on Thursday March 23^rd.
